- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- Provide supervision and performance management for pharmacy staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance pharmacy practice, including project management, performance improvement, and planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain inventory control and oversee medication distribution processes.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
- Bachelors degree or minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in employee supervision and performance management.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in long-term care and pharmacy settings preferred.
- Demonstrated success in advancing pharmacy practice and project management.
- Ability to obtain pharmacy technician licensure, certification, or state equivalent, if required.
