Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our BioPharm team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in agency recruiting and a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site role in Plano, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule calls with qualified candidates, gather market intelligence, and provide account managers with relevant information on companies currently hiring and key decision-makers.
• Utilize Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter to source and manage candidates efficiently.
• Maintain resilience and receptiveness to feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Strive to generate gross profit by meeting established metrics, including dials, interviews, and submissions.
• Collaborate with the team to grasp content and industry nuances effectively.
• Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in agency recruiting.
• Familiarity with BioPharm/Biotech industry terminology and practices preferred.
• Proficiency in Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
• Resilience and openness to feedback.
