    Description

    Welcome and be part of our amazing team At *PRIORITY CARE REHAB STAFFING*, we provide our patients with the best rehabilitation services, including *Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Respiratory Therapy.* We are currently looking for a full-time *Registered Respiratory Therapist (RTT)* for our facilities in the Bronx.

    *Responsibilities:

    • Perform respiratory therapy procedures including airway management, ventilator management, and administration of respiratory medications.
    • Assess and monitor patients' respiratory status, including vital signs and oxygen levels.
    • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement appropriate respiratory care plans.
    • Provide education to patients and their families on respiratory therapy techniques and equipment.
    • Document all patient interactions, procedures, and treatments accurately and timely. Qualifications:
    • Valid certification as a Respiratory Therapist.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Experience working in an ICU or acute care setting preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy principles, techniques, and equipment.
    • Ability to assess patients' respiratory needs and provide appropriate interventions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
