- Provide technical support for modeling space protection defensive-related systems and campaign modeling to inform development and validation of requirements, CONOPs, architecture products, system schedules, and risks for end-to-end closure of the baseline for space protection-related activities in the overall Enterprise
- Perform modeling to support space protection evaluations of threats timelines, threat performance, and avoidance (course of action) concepts.
- Perform ad-hoc study requests and support to mission concept designs
- Interface with customers, directorate/office representatives, and across system engineering groups to drive resolution plans and strategies for complex technical challenges.
- Generate and maintain technical documentation and reports.
- Bachelor's STEM degree, or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in Space Domain Awareness (SDA), space protection, and threat avoidance
- Prior Space Protection experience performing threat and impact assessments
- Prior experience performing kill chain assessments or campaign modeling
- Ability to collaborate across stakeholder organizations
- Strong communication skills to interface with customers, directorate/office representatives, and across system engineering groups
- Ability to generate and maintain technical documentation and reports
- 5-8 years' experience in space protection, threat avoidance, and tracking algorithm enhancement
- Experience in the NRO
- Experience with CONOPs, architecture products, and/or requirements
- Knowledge of AFSIM and/or NGTS frameworks
- Experience support wargames and exercises
- Experience utilizing near real-time MS&A frameworks
- Proficiency with AGI's Systems Tool Kit (STK), MATLAB, Python, Tableau, and/or C++
