    PRIMARY FUNCTION

    The Chief Human Resources Officer will join a rapidly growing and leading practice management organization and will be integral to the execution of the company's ambitious goals in operationalizing and executing the human capital strategy. This leader will bring compelling, innovative ideas to create an organization that leverages Pediatric Associate's history and culture, during a period of rapid expansion, while allowing their existing talent to thrive. As a strategic HR leader, the CHRO will coach and develop, share market trends and forecasts, and serve as a thought-leader while collaborating with the senior management team in the execution of growth strategies.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Collaborates with senior leadership to craft the company's people strategy, then translates that strategy into an operationalized, well-executed platform.
    2. Develops and sustains a cultural transition to a more stable, disciplined, and cost- effective operating environment.
    3. Provides leadership for core, corporate Human Resources disciplines including Talent Acquisition (executive, clinical and professional), Compensation (executive, clinical and professional), Training and Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Human Resources Information Systems.
    4. Crafts and operationalizes a suite of Human Capital KPIs intended to measure and optimize performance around Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Retention and Engagement.
    5. Serves as a trusted advisor and executive coach, to executive leadership team.
    6. Performs other duties as assigned.
    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of theorganization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION:
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (HR, Organizational Development & Psychology, Finance, Health Care Administration) is required.
    • Master's Degree in a related field (HR, Organizational Development & Psychology, Finance, Health Care Administration) is strongly preferred.
    EXPERIENCE:
    • Minimum of 15 years demonstrated outstanding performance in leadership roles of increasing complexity in an HR function.
    • Experience with healthcare and/or financial eservices organizations is highly preferred.
    LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION
    • Upon hire, and for the duration of the employment period, driver's license must be active and valid.
    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
    • Experience with human capital components of M&A activity including due diligence.
    • Divestiture, regulatory approval, and integration is required.
    • Experience functioning as a financially astute, strategic business partner to the CEO and C-Suite Level executives is required.
    • Experience building and/or managing a performance management system to provide direct, actionable feedback without de-motivating solid performers is required.
    • Experience creating a comprehensive succession plan for an organization that is effective.
    • Ensures that talent is consistently evaluated is required.
    • Adept at handling sensitive employee relations matters.
    • Ability to craft and deliver compelling messages at all levels of an organization including all associate communication, CEO, and external stakeholder communication.
