ROLE PURPOSE

As a Guest Experience Host, you will create an inviting atmosphere by showcasing exceptional friendliness, service quality, and high standards. Your responsibility is to warmly greet Guests upon arrival, enhance their dining experience, and kindly bid farewell as they leave.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Greet incoming and departing Guests with a friendly smile and direct eye contact.
• Utilize visual cues to guide Guests to their preferred seating in the dining or bar area.
• Communicate current promotions and staff assignments to ensure smooth transitions for Guests.
• Promptly answer restaurant inquiries and provide relevant information to callers.
• Effectively manage the flow of Guests, providing accurate wait times when necessary.
• Attend to special needs and requests from Guests, ensuring personalization in service.
• Adhere to brand standards to maintain the Fridays Service Style.
• Stay attentive to Guests' needs throughout their dining experience, anticipating requests where possible.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to engage in natural conversations with Guests without being intrusive.
• Proficient in reading menus and understanding Guest requests.
• Clear articulation of greetings and farewells, ensuring comprehension of inquiries.
• Clear communication of Guest needs to team members.
• Capable of functioning in a loud environment while assisting Guests.
• Able to stand and walk for the duration of your shift.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Able to lift trays or supplies weighing between 10-30 lbs.
