This firm is looking to add a talented Litigation Associate who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of commercial, real estate, and employment disputes for our diverse client base. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, small firm environment while working on big client cases.

Responsibilities:

Manage and litigate a broad range of commercial, real estate, and employment disputes

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings

Collaborate with partners and other associates to develop case strategies

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Admitted to practice law in Washington State

Strong writing, research, and communication skills

Proven ability to handle litigation cases independently

High level of professionalism and ethical standards

Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
