Hi there!

We're on the lookout for a PART TIME line cook to join our awesome team at our Penn Valley location. We are a small but mighty crew that's growing every day. In this role, you'll be rocking the back of the house, making delicious sandwiches, cooking up eggs, patty melts, grilled cheese, and frying up some crispy fries and chicken fingers. You need at least 1 year of kitchen experience. A willingness to learn and pitch in wherever needed is highly valued. If you're ready to move away from full-service restaurants and into something more straightforward, this is the place for you.

Our shop is open all 7 days of the week, and we need a part-time team member to start, working 3 days a week from Sunday to Tuesday. Being available on weekends is a must. The shifts run from 6 am to 2:30 pm.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience
• Ability to work in a clean and efficient manner
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• A passion for consistently creating delicious food
• Readiness to assist wherever necessary
• Capability to stay calm under pressure
• Availability in the morning and on weekends is essential

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the back of house stock, including items like bacon, cheese, burgers, eggs, cream cheese, and vegetables
• Cooking eggs on pans
• Coordinating between the front and back of house teams to ensure smooth operations
• Learning and mastering basic sandwich making and cooking (Training provided)

Compensation: Base Wage $15/hr - Plus Tips averaging out to $21-$24/hr
