- Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies through participation in training courses, seminars, and trade shows.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, supply chain logistics, or related field.
- Proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodologies for problem-solving.
- Skilled in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL, and statistical software.
- Experience with PowerBI or similar BI tools along with SQL expertise.
- Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, and supply chain software applications.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and innovate supply chain operations.
