    Title: Corporate Controller (Boca Raton - Doral, FL)

    • You are experienced in managing and leading Finance and Accounting Departments for a Specialty Manufacturer.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Experience with bonding preparation processes.
    • Familiarity with OCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Program) & CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program).
    • Proficiency in handling Pay Applications (Pay Apps), Change Orders, and Invoices within the construction industry.
    • Strong background in cost accounting principles and practices.
    • Proficient in using software such as Excel, Textura, ADP (for employee payroll), and QuickBooks Enterprise (specifically for construction).
    • Experience with inventory accounting management.
    • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

    YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

    • Directing a current bookkeeper and team of four while ensuring adherence to deadlines.
    • Understanding of the requirements of General Contractors (GCs) regarding buying, selling, and manufacturing processes.

    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    • A Commercial and Residential Subcontractor with a specialization in manufacturing, fabrication, and installation of customized product.

    COMPENSATION

    • Base Salary: $150,000+ plus benefits.
