- Assess students' functional abilities and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide individualized occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development and progress
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and municate with the multidisciplinary team
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Maryland
- Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, assessments, and interventions
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Passion for helping students reach their full potential
