- Capable of completing the free state approved hybrid OnTrack Nursing Assistant Training Program through 35 hours of online curriculum, 24 hours of hands-on skills training, and 16 hours of clinical experience (75 hours total) within four months from the date of employment
- Active certification with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry or ability to prove successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training program and competency evaluation
- Able to attend 12 hours of training each year
- Works collaboratively within a team to deliver individualized patient-centered care
- Uses effective interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with both residents and coworkers
- Promotes a positive quality of life for residents by providing supportive social conditions beneficial for their mental health
