    Responsibilities

    Job Duties:
    Supports the OMS (Order Management System) portfolio of integrations, testing, innovations, and system capabilities. Owns the application support of the Envista Enspire Order Management System (OMS) and its integrated solutions. Works across multiple departments with the technology teams, business operations and implementation partners. Handles daily technical and operational support, as well as business process and systems analyses. Responsible for the creation and issuance of reporting and technical requirements documentation. Responsible for technical support services with OMS vendor and other internal and external partners. Works with application vendor (to manage and coordinate schedule system maintenances, releases, updates and patching.

    Supports SDLC by consulting during the design process, gathering and documenting business requirements, technical requirements, data mapping, system and configuration setups, and working closely with the QA team to plan and execute test phases.

    Provides business and system support through incident/problem management that includes troubleshooting, root cause analysis, issue resolution, and maintenance/upgrades in a 24/7 environment.

    Qualifications

    Requires:


    A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field and 3 years of experience as an Applications Analyst, Application Test Engineer, Quality Analyst, Software Analyst or related OMS (Order Management System) occupation.
