    Responsibilities :

    Assist in leading the planning, execution, and completion of building automation control projects, ensuring they align with scope, schedule, and budgetary guidelines.

    Coordinate closely with project teams to oversee the installation, servicing, start-up, and programming of control systems for commercial projects.
    Employ AutoCAD expertise to draft, review, and adjust project design drawings and schematics, guaranteeing precision and functionality.
    Actively engage in identifying and solving control system issues, streamlining project execution and efficiency.
    Contribute to maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of project progress, facilitating clear and regular reporting to all stakeholders.
    Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships, effectively understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.


    Qualifications:

    A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in building automation controls, demonstrating a successful project management track record.

    Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for designing and revising project schematics and drawings.
    Solid understanding of commercial building automation systems, including installation, servicing, start-up, and programming.
    Preferred bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
    Valued certifications in Tridium, Niagara, or N4.Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of productive collaboration with team members and clients.
    Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
