    What You'll Do
    As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting our 24-hour production operation by keeping equipment reliable, safe, and compliant.
    Your work will include:
    • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a high-volume, fast-moving production environment
    • Supporting automated and robotic equipment using HMI interfaces
    • Performing preventive maintenance (PMs) and documenting work per GMP standards
    • Completing scheduled PMs, including weekend work when planned
    • Responding to equipment issues where quick, sound decision-making is expected and supported
    • Collaborating with Production, Quality, and Logistics to reduce downtime
    • Using welding, fabrication, and rebuild skills to keep equipment in top condition
    • Maintaining clean, organized, and audit-ready work areas
    • Following all safety, LOTO, and GMP requirements
    Flexibility with scheduling and overtime is important to support business needs and minimize production interruptions. In return, you'll work in an environment where maintenance expertise is respected and acted on quickly.
    What We're Looking For
    We're looking for technicians who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast-moving operation.
    You'll be a strong candidate if you have:
    • 5-10 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
    • Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing forklifts or material-handling equipment
    • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
    • Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
    • Ability to read schematics, manuals, and equipment diagrams
    • Familiarity with PLC-controlled systems and HMIs
    • Welding or fabrication experience (TIG, MIG, ARC)
    • Experience with PM programs and CMMS systems
    • A safety-first mindset and commitment to GMP standards
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
    • Willingness to work overtime or adjusted schedules as business needs require
    Physical Requirements
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs
    • Comfortable working around machinery, forklifts, production noise, and varying temperatures
