Our client, a food tray manufacturer with proprietary technology, seeks a plant manager to oversee production, quality and safety of its manufacturing facility.

This company, focused on sustainabiltiy, has landed a significant partnership with one of the largest retailers in the U.S. to be their exclusive food tray provider

The ideal candidate must have startup and P&L experience and strong operational and production experience. Food packaging manufacturing experience preferred but not necessary. Experience reporting to C-suite or BOD preferred.
