    Job DescriptionDescriptionAbout the Role:
    As a Warehouse Worker at Lift Forward Direct, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. You'll be responsible for various tasks including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, equipment, and products within the warehouse environment.
    Key Responsibilities
    Responsibilities:
    • Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
    • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
    • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
    • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
    • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely.
    • Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
    • Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Qualifications:
    • Proven work experience as a Warehouse Worker or similar role.
    • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
    • Good physical stamina and coordination to perform lifting and moving tasks.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehouse operations is a plus.
