    Your Role


    Are you an energetic and upbeat technician with a passion for solving problems? We're looking for someone who not only has the technical skills but also a positive attitude towards serving our guests. If you're ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and repair vehicles using your expertise and skills.
    • Gain experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
    • Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
    • Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns swiftly.
    • Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
    • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns.
    • Work together with fellow technicians to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.

    What We're Looking For

    • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
    • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
    • ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
    • Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
    • A commitment to meet or exceed hourly goals.
    • Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
    • Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
    • A desire for long-term career development.

    Physical Requirements

    • Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
    • Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
    • Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
    • Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
    • Willingness to walk/stand for the majority of your workday.
    • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
    • Proficient in navigating a computer.
