As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of people; spanning all ages and all abilities.

You will:

• Provide clients with Companionship, Homemaking and Personal Care services
• Establish a professional relationship with clients, their families, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements of this On Call Position:

• Must have 3+ years of experience in the field
• Must be on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry
• Must have a valid driver's license, relaible vehicle, and proof of insurance
• Must be availabile between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday and every other weekend
• Must be willing and able to travel to multiple clients per day and/or assist office admin with additional tasks as needed

Areas we serve that you may be asked to travel to: Woodbury, St. Paul, South St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights, Cottage Grove, Newport, St. Paul Park, Hastings, Maplewood as well as MUST NEED staffing assignments in Hudson and Prescott Wisconsin.
