    Description

    Ridley Feed Ingredients, an Alltech company, specializes in thoroughly researched, competitively priced micro feed ingredients, vitamin and mineral premixes, and feed additives. Our customers include regional manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and large livestock and poultry producers. We are accepting applications for a full time Customer Service Rep. at our facility in Mendota, IL.

    This position is the primary customer contact person within the office and will be responsible for receiving orders from customers via phone, email, fax, or other means. Primary duties include order entry through invoicing, which may involve entering orders into D365 following established SOP for orders, following the progress of the order through production & scheduling of delivery or pick up, keeping the customer updated as appropriate, and coordinating orders/shipments incoming or outgoing to other Alltech locations, and processing invoices along with additional duties.

    Qualified candidates will possess excellent customer service and communication skills as well as solid computer and math skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in an Ag related industry is beneficial.
