Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience drafting briefs and motions
• Handling fact and expert discovery
• Engaging in deposition and trial preparation
• Conducting depositions, cross-examinations, and oral advocacy
• Federal clerkship experience (a plus)
• Working fluency in Spanish (a plus)

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution
• Admission to the California Bar, active and in good standing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Track record of insightful research and analysis

Compensation: Competitive salary of $345,000 - $400,000, depending on experience
