Job summary
We seek a strategic assertive and litigation-savvy Counsel to serve as the firm's primary legal architect and champion.This is a critical hands-on role for a lawyer who is both a skilled technician and commercially-minded business partner with fighter's mentality.
You will own manage our legal offensive defensive strategies as we anticipate landscape requiring active litigation--commercial disputes potential challenges against state or federal entities.
