    Overview:

    We're seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Analytics Manager to join our revenue growth team. This role is pivotal in driving corporate-level revenue growth initiatives, requiring a unique blend of strong business acumen, cross-functional knowledge, and advanced data analysis skills. As the Senior Revenue Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing key marketing and revenue growth initiatives. You will need to use your business sense and analytics skills to forecast the impact, evaluate the performance and optimize the overall strategy over time.

    Responsibilities:
    • Cultivate a deep, cross-functional understanding of the business, identifying revenue and profit growth opportunities by scrutinizing existing marketing, underwriting, and customer management strategies.
    • Translate growth opportunities into actionable initiatives. Develop analytics frameworks and engage in scenario planning to forecast potential outcomes. Collaborate closely with finance teams to align projections with financial planning
    • Collaborate effectively with marketing, risk, operations, compliance and finance teams to implement and monitor revenue initiatives
    • Evaluate the performance of revenue initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
    • Design, implement and analyze tests to gain insights into customer behaviors and the impact on sales, risk and profit. Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
    • Improve analytics frameworks for forecasting customer profitability by delving into each customer touchpoint and studying its impact
    • Facilitate the communication and collaboration between marketing and risk team by facilitating discussions on marketing-risk tradeoffs and identifying optimal balance for sustainable growth
    • Champion data-driven business process optimization by sharing data-based business insights and fostering a data-centric culture across the organization
    Qualifications

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's or higher degree in Economics, Data Science, or a related field. MBA preferred
    • 5+ years' experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or a related role, preferably working directly with marketing / finance team
    • In-depth knowledge in the e-commerce industry and customer online shopping behavior
    • Strong data analysis skills and experience developing and interpreting complex analytics frameworks
    • Experience in forecasting and scenario planning in excel
    • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R
    • Proven experience implementing A/B testing methodologies and analyzing experiment results. Ability to derive actionable insights from experimentation
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong presentation skills
    • Ability to think strategically and provide data-driven recommendations
    • Self-starter who is highly detail-oriented and an enthusiastic team player
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and ensure timelines are met
    • Experience in fin-tech a plus
