    Job DescriptionPrimary Function of PositionImplement new and enhance existing functionality including articulating requirements and translating them to effective solutions on and related applications which support the following stakeholders:
    Field Service, Service Contracts, Technical Support and Customer Support.

    Essential Job Duties Engage with the existing SFDC Center of Excellence to represent projects and enhancements affects the Service Organization.

    Work with stakeholders including Managers/Directors and VPs to define business systems requirements for new technology implementations.

    Work with project teams to design enterprise application solutions to business problems with deep cross functional impact and provide design leadership to other team membersHaving broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to achieve business goals in creative and effective ways.

    Exercise independent judgment and discretion in solving complex business problems and coaches /mentors other team members with design leadership to achieve organizational goalsInterface on a day to day basis with other analysts, business users, super users and IT team members to support business operations and drive change managementPerform configuration /system changes to meet business requirements as needed.

    Ensure solution design on platform integrates well with the integrated systems and coordinate changes accordingly with larger IT teamLead cross-functional meetings as part of requirements gathering, driving projects or providing status updates on various projectsFacilitate change management and transition to future state working with various stakeholdersAnalyze impact of changes to the corporate application landscapeIdentify, and participate in prioritization of business capabilities and act as a catalyst for building mature processes.

    Navigate through ISI's Project Management Methodology and standards to deliver business needs in an agile manner.
    QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience5-8 years of experience in supporting Field Service and Customer Support Business Functions.

    Supporting users in a medical device company desirable5-8 years of direct "Hands-On" experience with Field Service ManagementPossess a strong business and customer/client focus.

    Experience and knowledge of and SAP integration.
    Ability to interact and influence variety of users and senior management.
    Ability to work independently and manage projects independently.

    Required Education and Training Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experienceWorking Conditions On-Site in Sunnyvale 2-3 Days per week.

    Preferred Skills and Experience Ability to work directly with and manage consultants.

    Experience with deep understanding of IT Applications and TechnologyStrong problem solving and analytical capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsVery strong collaboration, negotiation, and influence capability requiredAdditional InformationDue to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and/or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.
