- Under the direction of the Executive Steward the Steward Utility Cleaner will ensure the cleanliness of the food and beverage venues and maintain a clean and orderly kitchen, including deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and facilities.
- Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all kitchen equipment including cutting board, steam tables, deep fryers, boiler, ovens, steamers, stock pots, speed racks, and shelves, walk-in refrigerators and freezers, dishwashing machine, etc.
- Removes trash/laundry bags and transports to/from laundry pick-up or dumpsters.
- Cleans all flooring including sweeping and mopping of wood, tile, and vinyl flooring (use of power equipment as needed.)
- One (1) year of relevant work experience in Stewarding or Environmental Services
- Snoqualmie Casino exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO).
- You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission.
- The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I).
