The Steve Napleton Dealer Group is looking for Sales BDC Representatives that are self-starters to join our team Schaumburg Subaru Team


Sales BDC Representative Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for full time, motivated, outgoing, team driven professionals to join our Business Development Center at our Subaru store located in Schaumburg.

Sales BDC Representatives work with new and existing customers to schedule appointments, confirm, and retain new and existing customers. Candidates must be well spoken and have excellent telephone skills.

Sales BDC Representative Primary Responsibilities and Requirements:

Sales BDC Representatives are responsible for handle inbound and outbound appointment calls, emails, and texts for dealership. Candidates must be able to multitask and converse on the phone while setting appointments utilizing multiple computer systems.

Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and texts

Great computer skills

Able to multi-task

Positive attitude and serious work ethic

Strong team player

Excellent customer service skills

Able to create and maintain customer relationships

Sales BDC Representative Salary:
$3, $5,500.00 per month
