    We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced California Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team.


    This permanent position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney who is passionate about family law and looking to make a significant impact in the lives of clients.


    The successful candidate will handle a variety of family law cases from start to finish and will have the opportunity to work on high-profile and complex cases.


    This position requires a deep understanding of California family law, excellent litigation skills, and a strong commitment to client service.


    Responsibilities:
    As a California Family Law Attorney, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 1.


    Represent clients in all stages of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence cases.

    2.

    Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.

    3.

    Advocate for clients in court and in negotiations with opposing counsel.

    4.

    Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining complex legal issues in a clear and understandable manner.

    5.

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law and related areas of law.

    6.

    Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the efficient and effective handling of cases.

    7.

    Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.

    Qualifications:
    The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications: 1.

    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

    2.

    Active membership in the California State Bar.

    3.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience as a family law litigation attorney, preferably in California.

    4.

    Proven track record of successfully representing clients in family law cases.

    5.

    Excellent legal research and writing skills.

    6.

    Strong negotiation and litigation skills, with the ability to advocate effectively for clients in court.

    7.

    Deep understanding of California family law and related areas of law.

    8.

    High level of professionalism and excellent client service skills.

    9.

    Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure.

    10.

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    11.

    Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.

    12.

    Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
