Job summary
The Teller Supervisor ensures daily operations of the branch teller areas are operating efficiently and effectively. Performs direct supervisory duties for the teller line staff and safe deposit area (where applicable), is relied upon to resolve escalated issues with clients and staff.Responsibilities
- Work with Lead Tellers on scheduling, supervising, training, and developing staff
- Interviewing, hiring, developing and retaining staff as well as conducting performance reviews and providing development paths
