- Coordinates and transports clients to daily activities
- Utilizes intervention and communication skills
- Adheres to all policies and procedures
- Documents client activities effectively
- Collaborates with the clinical team on medication management
- Maintains cleanliness of residences
- Facilitates recovery activities
- Conducts observation rounds for client safety
- Assists with client intakes and discharges
- Conducts crisis intervention when needed
- Assists in orienting new residents
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Completion of Criminal Background Check

Mission Prep, part of AMFM Healthcare, offers a residential program tailored for the healthcare of adolescents (ages suffering from mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.
We are seeking Community Coordinators who are passionate about helping those in need and providing hope to our clients who have varying mental health diagnoses and behavioral disorders. Adequate training will be provided to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.
