    Job DescriptionAbout Us:


    Connie Mortensen - State Farm Agent seeks a dynamic Social Media / Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. We're dedicated to delivering top-tier insurance solutions and fostering trust with our clients.

    Responsibilities:


    1. Lead Generation: Execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate client leads.
    2. Client Outreach: Build relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
    3. Social Media: Manage and enhance our social media presence to increase brand awareness.
    4. Telemarketing: Conduct outbound calls, introduce products, and set appointments for the sales team.
    5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team for a cohesive approach.
    6. Events and Networking: Represent the agency at industry events to generate leads.
    Qualifications:
    • Experience in marketing, business development, or sales preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Social media and telemarketing experience desired.
    • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
    • Familiarity with insurance products and services a plus.
