    Product Support Coordinator

    DebtX Software Solutions, Inc. is a key player in Loan Syndication and Loan Sale software. Their mission is to foster innovation and enhance their services to meet the demands of Capital Markets clients.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Product Support Coordinator handles frontline support emails and calls, diagnoses end-user issues, and provides effective solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, and adept at multitasking.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    CREDENTIALS, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • Previous customer-facing support experience via phone is a plus.
    • 1-3 years of relevant product support experience and/or training is preferred.
