Responsibilities:

• Lead financial management and accounting operations, ensuring adherence to GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Conduct tax planning and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Collaborate with advertising and marketing departments to manage budgets and monitor spending.
• Provide financial insights and analyses on advertising campaigns, evaluating ROI and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in financial management and accounting within a similar role.
• Proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial analysis.
• Strong skills in GL, month-end, and year-end processes.
• Experience with tax planning and compliance.
• Proficiency in using major accounting software.
• Specific experience managing finances for advertising or marketing departments is highly desirable.
