    As a Permitting Specialist at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by ensuring all jobs are compliant with local building codes by pulling proper permits.

    You will report to both our General Manager and Installation Manager and work closely with other Permitting and Operations professionals.

    What Youll ContributeIn this role, you can expect to:

    Assemble, process and coordinate necessary paperwork for permitsMaintain a high level of customer service to help alleviate familys involvement when additional signatures/authorizations are requiredDriving to various municipalities to record and obtain permitsScheduling final inspections and obtaining resultsMaintain open communication with sales consultants and management to ensure accuracyWhat It Takes to SucceedAt West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results.
