    Peak Living has an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiter to join our team of professionals based in our Pleasant Grove, UT office.

    This is a great opportunity to join a growing HR team and be part of establishing a high-cycle recruiting function This position will also give you opportunities to explore other areas of HR.

    Job Responsibilities

    Partners with hiring managers to post approved positions.
    Attract applicants by writing and placing creative job advertisements; using social media and job sites
    Screens resumes, conduct candidate pre-screening interviews for hiring managers
    Makes recruiting recommendations to company hiring managers
    Proactively follows up on the interview process status
    Communicates employer information and benefits during screening process
    Extend offer letters with management approval
    Stays current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
    Serves as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations for recruiting and temporary labor staffing
    Attend job/recruiting fairs
    Liaising with the hiring managers during the hiring process
    Develop a working knowledge of the business and maintain effective, strategic relationships with business partners at all levels.

    Additionally, you will be asked to participate in various Talent Acquisition process/initiatives that promote and enhance the overall performance of the department.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree is preferred
    2 years of relevant experience is required
    Experience using an ATS is preferred
    Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding pay, benefits other personnel-related information.
    Effective problem solving/decision making skills considering various criteria and within limits of scope of responsibility.

    Proven ability to work effectively with a team; ability to focus and work in an open work space/environment with frequent interruptions and distractions.

    Works well under pressure and deadlines; good organization skills; comfortable with change.

    Works under general supervision based on established procedures and protocols; resolves routine questions alone and complex questions with assistance from supervisor.

    Someone who is adaptable and comfortable with change and ambiguity.
