Social Services Assistant Requirements Social Service Certificate, 36-Hour Social Service Designee Certificate, preferred. One year of supervised social service experience in a healthcare setting working directly with geriatric individuals. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.Wages are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, an applicants education, previous experience, and shift accepted.
