- Master all Marine Mechanic duties and responsibilities.
- Lead and carry out diesel engine repairs company-wide.
- Recommend and implement new systems and solutions.
- Repair pilothouse electronics and vessel media systems.
- Act as a liaison with external contractors.
- Maintain and rebuild company pump systems.
- Utilize industry-standard engineering tools effectively.
- Demonstrate expertise in crafting high-quality parts and systems.
- Manage projects efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making abilities.
- Mentor Marine Mechanics.
- Manage Hybrid Propulsion Systems effectively.
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Understand and address various engineering needs.
- Interpret test data and report results accurately.
- Ensure completion of tasks efficiently.
- Organize workload effectively.
- Maintain tools and workspace.
- Ensure engineering systems follow best maintenance practices.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of Industry Experience.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
- HAZWOPER certificate (40 hours).
- Forklift Certification.
- CPR & First Aid Certification.
- Experience in welding and metal work.
