    We are seeking a skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee our clients' onsite and in-app marketing and merchandising campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign ownership, from strategy development to execution and analysis.

    They will leverage A/B and MVT testing methodologies to optimize sales and unit sell-through, while also contributing to the vision and strategy for their email/CRM roadmap.

    This role requires proficiency in content management systems, basic HTML/XML editing, and data analysis using SQL.

    Strong communication and project management skills are essential, as you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and report progress to senior management.

    Responsibilities/Duties:
    Take ownership of onsite and in-app marketing and merchandising campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
    Develop and implement robust A/B and MVT testing programs to optimize sales and unit sell-through.
    Report campaign performance and progress against goals to senior management, providing actionable insights for future strategies.
    Contribute to the development of the vision and strategy for the email/CRM roadmap.
    Collaborate with agency partners, production teams, and self-service tools to produce creative assets for campaigns.
    Edit and publish content to the site via CMS, ensuring accuracy and consistency.


    Basic Qualifications:
    3+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, on-device/mobile, and/or display.
    Proven ability to write customer-facing copy that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the online customer.
    Proficiency with Content Management Systems and ability to edit basic HTML and XML.
    1+ years of experience using SQL or similar queries to analyze data.
    Strong Excel skills, including VLookups, Pivot tables, and data manipulation for analysis.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and communicate effectively with senior management.
    BA/BS degree required.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience managing large-scale email marketing programs.
    Familiarity with A/B or multivariate testing methodologies.
    Knowledge of customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting strategies.
    Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting.
    Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
    Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects within strict deadlines.
    Self-motivated with a bias for action and proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
