    Overview:


    The Senior Marketing Analyst is data driven, passionate about the customer journey and enjoys working across teams to drive insights and optimizations.

    The ideal candidate is highly skilled and experienced in managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms, and delivering on high-growth B2B funnel targets.

    Responsibilities include understanding and analyzing user behavior/trends, audience composition and engagement to gain a 360-degree understanding of the Konica Minolta customer, across all touchpoints.

    You will interpret customer data, finding the highest value prospects and drive targeting and personalization strategies that position our brand in the right way, to the right business at the right time.

    You dont only think in terms of acquisition or top down funnel; your lens is on the customer journey.


    Responsibilities:
    Establish the vision, strategy and goals for the Customer Data Platform to be leveraged primarily for digital channel outreach

    Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions

    Lead the development and management of large and disparate data sets to create highly targeted customer audiences for personalized customer experiences

    Define and manage processes to continually maintain and improve audience data quality and technology usage

    Responsible for the data/audience strategy, data onboarding and data audience insights as well as internally working with data operations, analysts and internal stakeholders

    Define, maintain and govern a portfolio of audience definitions, including first and third party data for both prospecting and nurturing of audiences

    Understand and analyze user behavior/trends, audience composition and engagement to gain a 360-degree understanding of audiences and respective performances

    Enrich customer data and develop user scores and propensity models with predictive analytics in support of relevant targeting and messaging

    Apply statistical modeling and analysis to data sets to develop predictive marketing models that inform better decisions, optimize the customer buyer journey, enabling faster sales cycles, improved targeting and increased conversion rates

    Partner with stakeholders to develop personalization strategies, quantify, test and refine the program to maximize effectiveness

    Build a lifecycle analytics function and measure the effectiveness of retention and customer lifetime value integrating customer demographic and purchasing behavior

    Focus on Customer Segmentation and Personalization from the 1st party audiences, through all the digital touchpoints

    Lead and mentor a direct report, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success

    Maintain and enforce departmental SOPs, ensuring operational excellence in all your endeavors


    Qualifications:
    COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES)

    Experience as a project lead and/or people manager, showcasing leadership and team collaboration skills

    Ability to iterate with limited day-to-day direction, independently prioritize and resolve issues

    Translate marketing use cases and business requirements into CDP data sets, schemas and platform configurations to deliver business outcomes

    Experience analyzing customer lifecycle and lifetime value across interactions such as Email, Multi-channel messaging/voice/chat, and Re targeting

    Strong analytical skills with understanding of statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations

    Experience in developing reporting and advancing data visualization capabilities with new or existing tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, DataStudio, etc.)

    Proficient in working with an array of MarTech Tools and data management platforms, Customer Data Platform, Salesforce CRM / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Marketing Automation), data exchanges, ad networks or demand side platforms (DSP)

    Ability to build strong relationships internally with cross-functional teams and externally with paid digital agencies

    Knowledge of Public cloud technologies ( i.e.,Google BigQuery, Snowflake)

    Data science programming language experience (e.g., Python, R)

    Experience with AI and personalization solutions

    EXPERIENCE, EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS

    Bachelors Degree Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or Advertising.

    8+ years progressive marketing analytics, audience management, acquisition marketing and/or retention marketing experience with proficiency in CDP/CRM technology

    3+ years experience managing others
