The position involves providing excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner. It requires greeting customers, assisting them with purchases, operating cash registers accurately handling money checks other types of payment received for products sold performing multi-function operations fuel consoles lottery machines money order machines telecom transactions reporting to work on time following dress appearance code maintaining facility conditions equipment company brand standards cleaning performing general housekeeping duties inspecting facilities equipment safety cleanliness proper working order notifying Store Manager equipment failure maintenance supply needs completing build-to's ordering purchasing merchandise receiving verifying vendor deliveries maintaining adequate stock supplies counter areas rotating stock properly placing advertising pricing signage inside outside facility marquees ceilings walls windows controlling merchandise cash shortages selling expenses assisting maintaining inventory levels shift audits keeping accurate cash sales inventory control records accounts variances notifying Store Manager sales cash inventory discrepancy following Company guidelines product breakage spoilage.
