    This position is open to candidates based in or willing to relocate to CA, TX, FL, IL or NY.

    The salary range for this position is $120,000-130,000 annually. This is the pay range for this position that the company reasonably expects to pay. This position also may be eligible for bonuses.

    Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience, type of experience, location, and education.

    WEB & MEDIA ANALYTICS MANAGER
    As the

    Web & Media


    Analytics Manager at Rosewood Hotel Group, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across our digital platforms and media channels.

    The Analytics Manager will lead and manage execution of digital measurement solutions,

    providing

    technical solutions to fulfill tracking, personalization, and analytics implementation goals.

    You will

    be responsible for

    gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to

    provide

    actionable insights that will inform our

    digital

    strategy, marketing efforts, and overall business

    objectives

    . The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker,

    in analytics tools, and passionate about the digital customer journey.

    This is a full-time, exempt position.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Data Collection and Analysis:
    Implement and

    maintain

    web and media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media analytics platforms.

    Monitor website and media channel performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and audience behavior.

    Conduct in-depth analysis of data to

    identify

    trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

    Create and

    maintain

    tracking architecture, implementation of tagging, and validation of measurement techniques across digital products and marketing.


    Develop tracking architecture for digital initiatives and campaigns, producing technical specifications to provide to engineers and other development resources for implementation.

    Liaise with third party partners and vendors to drive and author scope and process documentation


    Reporting and Visualization:
    Create,

    maintain

    and deliver regular reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics and insights to various stakeholders.

    Visualize data effectively using tools like Tableau, Power


    BI
    , or custom dashboards to make complex information accessible and actionable.


    Competitive Analysis:
    Monitor industry trends and competitors' digital presence to

    identify

    opportunities and threats.

    Provide

    recommendations based on competitive analysis to

    maintain

    a competitive edge.


    Optimization and Strategy:
    Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies for improving website and media channel performance.

    Advise on digital media and


    CRM
    tracking based on experience with Google Marketing Platform, other

    DSPs

    , CDPs and

    SalesForce

    Marketing Cloud

    Coordinate tag management implementation through Adobe Launch or similar tools.

    Conduct A/B testing and user experience analysis to

    optimize

    user engagement and conversion rates.


    Data Governance and Compliance:
    Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations, such as


    GDPR
    or CCPA.

    Help to

    establish

    data governance best practices within the organization.

    Remain current on industry changes, especially related to data privacy regulations.


    Educate properties and stakeholders on how data is collected and processed, and which data may be related to various regional data privacy concerns.


    Team Collaboration:
    Collaborate with IT, marketing,

    digital,

    content, and

    creative

    design teams to integrate analytics into the development and optimization of digital assets

    Collaborate with agency partners

    and our collection of hotels and resorts globally

    Provide

    training and guidance to team members on best practices in web and media analytics

    Educate

    propertie

    s and

    stakeholders

    on how data is collected and processed, and which data may be related to various regional data privacy concerns

    REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
    Proven experience (5+ years) in web and media analytics or a similar role

    Proven subject matter

    expertise

    in tracking architecture, tag management,

    conventions

    and taxonomies, and

    martech

    platforms including analytics and digital personalization

    E

    xperience implementing

    and

    maintaining

    web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and tag management systems (Adobe Launch,


    GTM
    )

    Proficiency

    in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

    Knowledge of


    SEO
    principles and digital marketing strategies

    Proven experience understanding data and transforming and communicating into valuable analysis across Rosewood corporate teams and global hotel and resort portfolio

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

    Excellent communication and strong presentation skills – ability to tell a story with data with the ability to

    identify

    and adapt to audiences of different technical levels

    Strong project management and organizational skills

    Experience with global markets and location-based businesses highly desirable

    Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

    Certification in web analytics is a plus
