We are currently looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Dubai team.

In this role, you will help us lease apartments focusing primarily on expanding our apartment portfolio in chosen Dubai neighbourhoods.

Your contribution will significantly contribute to our continued growth and market footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify qualified propertiesfrom various sources (landlords, developers, estate agencies etc.).
Expand our property portfolio by strategically networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging local market insights.
Address leads originating from diverse channels concerning new units.
Add 3 to 5 new apartments to our portfolio each week through a variety of rental agreements.

Articulate and present Moving Doors's value proposition, highlighting the essence of our business and the advantages of our services to landlords, estate agents, and partners.

Engage in pricing negotiation with landlords and estate agents.
Establish contractual terms and manage contract administration in alignment with company protocols.
Oversee and maintain documentation related to newly integrated properties.
Collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly acquired properties.
Manage and facilitate monthly renewals for existing properties.
Maintain open lines of communication with landlords, keeping them informed about company operations.
Monitor legal proceedings in cooperation with the company's legal representatives and provide information to landlords as necessary.
Manage off-boarding procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field
Knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market is a must
Existing network of landlords, developers and estate agents in Dubai considered a plus
Solid knowledge of real estate law
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Quick thinker and deal maker
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Motivation to working in a rapidly advancing startup environment
