The Area Superintendent is a senior field leadership role responsible for the oversight, development, and performance management of multiple Site Superintendents across SC Swiderski's single-family and multi-family residential construction portfolio.Responsibilities
- Provide direct leadership, guidance, and accountability for multiple Site Superintendents (I, II, and III) across assigned projects or geographic areas.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for Site Superintendents on personnel issues, site challenges, schedule risks, and compliance concerns.
