Provides support services to the Facilities Project Manager and Senior Director by performing tasks critical to project management for the Facilities Management team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Work collectively and interact with the department's team members
Maintain Project Management software and be lead in-house trainer
Organize and maintain both electronic and paper filing system for the department including developing spreadsheets for tracking small and large projects
Display good work habits, initiative, and enthusiasm, and invest in learning opportunities to discover, develop, and apply new skills
Demonstrate the ability to effectively interact with co-workers, vendors, outside agencies, and the public
Analyze internal processes and recommend department procedural additions and/or changes
Other duties as assigned

High School/GED required
Missouri driver's license required
Clerical experience including working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools required
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills required
Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and have analytical and decision-making skills required
