- Assist physicians and RNs in patient evaluation, treatment, and management.
- Perform initial assessments, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration.
- Provide patient education on pre- and post-operative care and wound management.
- Monitor patient condition, report changes promptly, and assist in wound care.
- Maintain examination rooms, records, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
- Current LPN license in the state of NY.
- Recent home health experience required.
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- LPN license of NY.
- BLS card through AHA.
