    Description
    Hospital in Chicago is looking for locum CRNAs to start ASAP to work full time ongoing. Must have an IL license. Emergency privileging available to start in two weeks, but will consider later start dates.
    • Schedule: Monday - Friday, Prefer Full-time, but open to considering schedules.
    • All cases. Doc's do cardiac, however locums are not required to do hearts.
    • Docs doing 1 call per week, in-house OB call. CRNAs doing 2-3 calls per month backup pager call. CRNAs are doing scheduled c-sections.
    • Premium rate after 40 hours worked.
    • Docs are doing 8s and 24s (if desired). Care Team Model of 1:3 or 1:4.
    • 16 ORs.
    • DOC/CRNA model with medical direction.
    • Credentialing: Emergency privileging available.
    • $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
    • $Competitive pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance.
