• Oversee team that reviews daily paperwork submitted by operations team into ERP.
• Ensure that information is flowing in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate and resolve issues between multi-discipline team members effectively.
• Track and improve any cash or inventory issues at sites.
• Escalate issues with cash or inventory, providing and suggesting solutions to issues.
• Continually coaching cash management team on effective communication with operations team.
• Review and audit system-wide cash and inventory shrink Losses, aiming to reduce losses to less than the target set per month per site.
• Conduct forensic analysis of identified cash and shrink losses as they occur, implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
• Perform daily review of all measurement discrepancies that cannot be resolved by site managers or field supervisors, conducting detailed site accounting forensics and leveraging industry knowledge to resolve issues.
• Recommend and implement consistent site-level control procedures and documentation throughout the entire network, updating them as necessary to adapt to changes in the industry, hardware, and software.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization

• Minimum of 10 years of successful direct on-site retail experience (gas station and c-store management experience preferred).
• University Degree Preferred.

• Cash Safe processes, including change funds, register drops, and paid ins and outs.
• CCTV Security systems, including monitoring, review, downloading, and processing.
• Audit processes, including site count preparation and physical/book reconciliation.
• Experience in cash controls in the retail industry.
• Thorough expertise in direct site-level P/L and BOS report data mining.
• Experience with merchandise delivery check-in, verification, and invoice processing.
• Proficiency in inventory management of returns, damaged, and expired products for supplier invoice refunds.
• Ability to make recommendations, implement, and execute cash and inventory processes at the site level.
• Familiarity with shift cash, credit, lottery, and tobacco reconciliation processes and their implementation.
