    ForeFlight is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer who will facilitate seamless communication between customers and our technical teams. You will develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products and their capabilities, empowering you to provide guidance and support to both customers and ForeFlight teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as an expert on ForeFlight products, understanding features, capabilities, and potential use cases inside out.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support.
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and technical requirements, translating them into actionable solutions using our products.
    • Work closely with our technical teams to design customized solutions that address customers' specific needs, utilizing our products effectively.
    • Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure customers' systems run smoothly.
    • Develop and deliver product training sessions and materials for customers, enabling them to use our products effectively.
    • Manage and track customer accounts, ensuring timely renewals, upgrades, and identifying upselling opportunities.
    • Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to our product development teams to influence product improvements and enhancements.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical configurations, and solutions provided.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and updates to our products to better serve our customers.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Technical Solutions Coordinator or similar role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to ensuring customer success.
    • Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies (e.g., CRM software, collaboration tools, programming languages, etc.).
    Nice to have:
    • Interest in aviation, pilot, dispatcher experience and/or familiarity with ForeFlight
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
