    Job Description

    The Kiawah River Environmental Steward plays a vital role in maintaining the community's appearance and enhancing the overall experience for visitors and residents alike. This position involves ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the community.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Regularly inspecting the community to remove litter and debris, and maintaining common areas and amenities in tidy condition.
    • Identifying and addressing any potential hazards on the property, as well as participating in property upkeep and maintenance.
    • Monitoring and assisting in the maintenance of common areas, roadways, and trails to ensure accessibility.
    • Ensuring street parking cleanliness and work site safety, reporting any issues to management.
    • Interacting professionally and courteously with residents, visitors, and vendors, enforcing community rules and regulations.
    • Providing guidance on recreational activities and environmental goals of Kiawah River.
    • Staying informed about community updates to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
    • Assisting with daily operations, events, and amenity needs, coordinating tasks efficiently.
    • Remaining vigilant and reporting any unusual activities to the Supervisor.
