    Job Description:

    As a Customer Service Team Lead at Food Lion, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve this goal.

    Main Responsibilities:

    •Smile and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to customers

    •Greet each customer and use their name whenever possible

    •Maintain knowledge of office procedures, including cash reports, register checkups, deposits, and more

    Requirements:

    •High school graduate or equivalent preferred

    •Effective communication and customer service skills

    •Ability to perform the technical requirements of cashier and service center

    •Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations
