    Project Manager Opportunity

    PMMC Commercial Interiors, a leading Haworth dealer in the Carolinas, is seeking a Project Manager to support our sales process in Raleigh.

    The ideal candidate will manage contract furnishings orders and installations from conception to completion, ensuring seamless project execution.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Effectively promote yourself and PMC during presentations and customer interviews.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines and installation schedules.
    • Coordinate project sequence and delivery using TAGS and delivery date requests.
    • Verify project dimensions and electrical/data interface locations on-site.
    • Facilitate pre- and post-installation meetings with project teams, including Installation Supervisors.
    • Consistently communicate job status with customers, sales personnel, architects, general contractors, and other trades.
    • Coordinate installation activities with other trades.
    • Monitor installations, address concerns, and document issues and scope changes.
    • Prepare and respond to RFI's, issuing COR's as needed.
    • Resolve punch items expeditiously through case management.

    Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

    • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities to motivate project teams.
    • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Project.

    Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of commercial furniture dealer experience, design or construction experience a plus.
    • Availability to work overtime hours and travel as needed to meet customer expectations.
